The dough is prepared directly into the Noodlemaker and it comes with 7 discs to encompass all the different types of pasta with a recipe book included. Mix the batter directly into the bowl, then put into boiling water and your noodles will be ready in a few seconds. For larger quantities it’s best to prepare the batter in a separate bowl and then add it into the machine with a tablespoon. To reduce the risk of sticking after use, immediately clean under running water.
